When you connect your Gmail account, you grant us read-only access via the gmail.readonly OAuth scope. We use this access solely to:
We do not send, delete, or modify any emails in your Gmail account. You may disconnect Gmail at any time from your Settings page. Upon disconnection, we will immediately delete your stored OAuth tokens. You may also choose to remove all previously imported email data from our platform.
When you connect your Calendly account, you authorize us to access your scheduled events, event types, and contacts. We use this access solely to:
We do not modify your Calendly events or contacts. You may disconnect Calendly at any time from your Settings page. Upon disconnection, your OAuth tokens are deleted immediately. You may also choose to remove all imported events and contacts.
We may add integrations with additional services (such as Google Calendar or Google Contacts) in the future. These integrations will require your explicit consent and will only request the minimum necessary permissions. Updated Terms and Privacy Policy will be provided if such integrations are added.
Your use of third-party services (including Gmail, Calendly, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts) through our platform is also subject to those third parties' respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and share information about you when you use our platform. By using Transfer Portal+, you agree to our collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Collegiate Transition Alliance and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
By You: You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@collegiatetransitionalliance.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Data After Termination: Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or financial record-keeping).
In no event shall Collegiate Transition Alliance, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
